Hi! I'm Anelia! In 2005, I graduated with a Nutrition degree with distinction from the University of Alberta. I've worked in a variety of clinical settings with individuals throughout the life span and currently work at a major Edmonton Hospital. My areas of expertise include: pregnancy/lactation, PCOS/fertility, menopause, heart health (high cholesterol and blood pressure), a range of gut conditions (IBD, IBS, celiac disease, bariatric surgery), plant based diets, colectomy and J-pouch, cancer, diabetes, as well as general nutrition!

Hi, I’m Megan! A graduate from the University of Alberta, Nutrition Degree and Dietetic Internship. Since graduating from University, I have spent my time as a Clinical Dietitian working with a wide variety of patients. I have expertise in many areas including gastroenterology (IBD, IBS, EoE, Celiac Disease, Abdominal Pain, allergies and General GI), Women’s Health (pre/post natal), Nutrition in Cancer, Child Health (picky eating, feeding relationships, introducing solids), autoimmune, and general nutrition.
