When food and eating feel more complicated than they need to be, it can be hard to know where to start. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor and Registered Dietitian with 18 years of experience, I help adults, adolescents, children, and families navigate food cravings, binge eating, digestive concerns, and ADHD and neurodivergent eating challenges with practical, individualized nutrition support.
I also support people taking Ozempic and other weight loss medications to meet their nutrition needs and support their overall health. Appointments are available in person in Calgary and virtually across Alberta.
