Hello Everyone, I am Gurveen, a Registered Dietitian in Edmonton, Alberta. I bring a wide range of experience from working in a hospital and community setting, and am currently providing services through Solace Psychology & Wellness Clinic in Edmonton, Alberta and virtual services to Ontario residents. As a Dietitian with experience working in the community and multiple hospitals, I’ve had the privilege of making a difference in the lives of countless individuals through the power of nutrition. Throughout my career, I have helped individuals to achieve their health goals by providing evidence-based information and strategies.

My work experience has exposed me to a diverse range of cases, each with its own set of challenges and triumphs. This experience has honed my ability to adapt and find innovative solutions to complex nutritional issues and has also deepened my empathy for my clients.

I am passionate about educating clients with up-to-date and evidence-based nutrition information in various areas including; PCOS, chronic disease management, digestive issues, nutrition and mental health, health at every size, healthy relationship with food, weight management, and eating well for optimal energy and well-being.
