I support the full spectrum of eating disorder recovery, including re-feeding, restoring physical health, regulating eating patterns, interrupting symptoms, reintegrating fear foods, rebuilding hunger and fullness cues, and improving digestion, hormones, and overall relationship with food and body.
I provide individualized nutrition sessions & virtual 1:1 meal support for clients in eating disorder recovery, along with text support between sessions. I also offer guidance for families and caregivers as needed and collaborate with each client’s circle of care to ensure coordinated, personalized support.
