My clients are people who would like to develop a better relationship with food. They may have a history of dieting or may just be confused and overwhelmed by what food to eat. Many of my clients have digestive issues, autoimmune diseases, mental health struggles, or markers of poor health and often come to me tired, overwhelmed and frustrated by the excess of contradictory nutrition information they see online and in the world at large. They would like a simple approach to nutrition and are willing to do the work of getting to the root cause of their issues.

I became a Registered Dietitian because I am passionate about food, wellness, and helping others. My passion for nutrition strengthens each and every day, as I grow and gain further knowledge in the field. Throughout the last few years, I have broadened my horizons when it comes to the nutrition field. This has allowed me to grow and realize where my passions lie in the nutrition world. Over the past few years, I have helped countless clients of all ages achieve their goals - whether that be weight loss, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol - you name it, I've treated it!

I specialize in nutrition counseling for all ages with eating disorders, emotional eating, disordered eating & weight management issues. I use a nondiet, nonjudgmental, and collaborative approach to provide nutrition counseling. I will work with you by offering support and guidance to help you reach and maintain your nutritional goals. I am a Registered Dietitian who has been providing nutrition therapy and counseling since 2002. I am passionate about helping people develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.

As a nutritionist, my focus is working with the families of neurodivergent children to improve their nutrition and bring joy back to meal-time. Parents often face unique challenges when it comes to meal planning, and I am here to help alleviate some of that stress. Some families are seeking to improve the quality of food eaten where others want to help their child with gut issues. Whatever the reason, I am here to offer tailored solutions and practical advice to help improve your child's nutrition and overall well-being.

My program empowers individuals, families and groups to make smarter, more informed food decisions, leading to health, balance and longevity. I am a private practice RD specializing in disordered eating and eating disorder treatment. I work with women and adolescents to help heal their relationship with food and their body. Elena is a Registered Diettian / Nutritionist with extensive experience of over 15 years. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Food Science from Hunter College & City University and completed a dietetic internship program at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. She is an accredited member of the American Nutrition Academy and completed her Certificate of Training in Weight Management. My areas of expertise are: Weight management - Eating disorders - Stress management - Hormonal imbalances - Diabetes - Hypertension - Cardiovascular disease - Thyroid issues - Skin concerns - Fitnesses and Wellness.

As a dietitian with over 18 years experience, I enjoy working with a variety of clients. Weight management, meal planning, GI health (IBS/FODMAP,reflux/colitis), diabetes, PCOS are some of my areas of expertise. With nearly 20 years experience, I believe that being a great dietitian means more than just telling people what to eat, it is about becoming their guide to better nutrition and overall wellness. Serving the NJ/NY Metro area, as well as all the US over telehealth and video, I work primarily with women suffering from PCOS and struggling with MENOPAUSE. Samantha is a registered dietitian in the state of New Jersey. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University in Pennsylvania. She attended Rutgers Unviersity for her Dietetic Internship and graduated in 2012. Samantha worked as lead nutrition therapist at the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro Center for Eating Disorders Care and a dietitian at Center for Discovery. She has experience working across multiple levels of care. She specializes in working with children and adults with eating disorders and avoidant restrictive food intake disorder.

At VidaEats, we specialize in getting to know your specific needs and working with them to help prevent or delay kidney failure. Our goal is to reduce the amount of people who end up on renal replacement therapy (dialysis). If you are on dialysis, we can provide nutrition care in step with your in-center dietitian to help you feel more energized and improve your lab parameters.
