About
Samantha is a registered dietitian in the state of New Jersey. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University in Pennsylvania. She attended Rutgers Unviersity for her Dietetic Internship and graduated in 2012. Samantha worked as lead nutrition therapist at the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro Center for Eating Disorders Care and a dietitian at Center for Discovery. She has experience working across multiple levels of care. She specializes in working with children and adults with eating disorders and avoidant restrictive food intake disorder.
