About
I work with families and children of all ages to improve nutrition and bring joy back to meal-time for the family. Generally, parents come to see me because they (or their pediatrician) have a concern. Many parents want their toddler to eat more; others want their child to attain a healthy body weight; others are completely overwhelmed by what meal-time has become. They feel out of control and don't know where to start. Others, want to make sure their child is eating enough (or not too much), and others would love a list of the latest healthy foods to send their child to school with. I am here to help!
I am a Registered Dietitian with 7 years of nutrition experience spanning nutrition for all aged children. My approach is weight neutral, meaning, I do not focus on weight, rather healthy behaviors that will lead to the ideal weight for your child. I have experience working with children and adults with Down syndrome and who are on the Autism Spectrum.
I will help you come up with a plan that works for your child and your family to meet your nutrition goals. Please contact me for a free 15 minute consultation and we can start the conversation of how we can come up with a plan that works for you!
