Welcome, I am so glad you're here! I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that specializes in providing nutrition counseling for folks who have eating disorders and disordered eating. I am also thrilled to work with those who might not have a diagnosed eating disorder but feel their relationship with food/body could use a little nurturing. If you have a medical condition, I know how challenging it can be to meet all your needs and maintain your food/body relationship. I practice with a weight inclusive, Health At Every Size(R) approach. I care about the lived experiences you have had.
I am here to be curious with you and offer compassion for where, when, how and why disordered eating became a part of your life and how it has evolved over time as a tool you may have reached for.
