I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and complex relationships with food and body. Whether you have a formal diagnosis or simply feel that your relationship with food could use more care and compassion, you’re in the right place.
I also work with those managing medical conditions, who may find it especially challenging to meet their nutritional needs while honoring their body and well-being. I practice through a weight-inclusive, weight inclusive and HAES (R) lens, always centering your lived experiences.
My approach is rooted in curiosity, not judgment. Together, we’ll explore how disordered eating may have developed as a coping tool and how it has evolved over time. At NNN, we focus on gently realigning your relationship with food and your body in ways that feel sustainable, empowering, and flexible within your day-to-day life.
