About
Do you or your loved one struggle with eating or feeding issues like an eating disorder, disordered eating, or picky eating? You deserve to enjoy eating or feeding without any food-related anxiety, stress, guilt, or shame. I help clients, from early childhood to adulthood, overcome feeding and eating challenges including picky eating, restricted/limited food intake (ARFID), disordered eating, and eating disorders (level 1 outpatient). I also see clients for food allergies, elimination diets, digestive health, and prenatal nutrition.
As a mom of 3 (including an extreme picky eater) and someone who overcame adolescent disordered eating, I understand the joys and challenges of balancing life while healing the food relationship. My personal and professional experiences have helped many clients just like you reclaim mealtimes and heal your relationship with food, body, and self.
