My aim in nutrition counseling is to help others find peace and joy in their relationship with food. So many of us experience shame, confusion, guilt, or discomfort around food and eating. Hello there! I describe myself as a HAES-aligned, anti-diet, and weight-inclusive dietitian. I have been providing nutrition counseling since 2013, helping people cultivate better relationships with food and learn to trust their bodies again (or maybe for the first time ever). My areas of expertise include disordered eating, formally diagnosed eating disorders of all kinds, diet burnout, pre-natal and post-partum nutrition, and weight-neutral, non-diet management of PCOS and type 2 diabetes.

I've been a registered dietitian for over 17 years and for the last 12 years have worked with children and families to improve their health with practical approach.
