I am a specialized dietitian in diabetes and clinical nutrition. I've had the experience of working in the hospital setting and am very familiar with renal, gastrointestinal, liver, and lipid diseases. I have experience with disordered eating and diet culture. Most recently I a studying for my certification in menopause (NAMS).
As a hispanic dietitian, I understand the our culture, our foods. Because of this fluency, we can discuss the foods you love and how to balance them in your plate. All food fits. Demonizing food is not the answer, we can work together to find what works for you.
