I am a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist specializing in treating eating disorders and disordered eating for all ages. My aim in nutrition counseling is to help others find peace and joy in their relationship with food. So many of us experience shame, confusion, guilt, or discomfort around food and eating. I strive to come alongside my clients to rediscover a way of eating that brings nourishment, connection and clarity.
I completed my dietitian internship at Simmons College and studied eating disorders at Plymouth State University's Eating Disorder Institute. My practice is weight inclusive with a Health At Every Size (HAES) approach. My training includes Mindful Eating, Intuitive Eating, Motivational Interviewing, trauma informed care, ACT, and body image work.
