Come in person!
If you’re like most of my clients, you’re number one priority is just finding answers. You are willing to do anything to feel better but nothing has helped so far. What you’re hoping for is for someone to ask the right questions, so you can get the right data, so you can take the right action steps. You might have “IBS”, heartburn, constipation, diarrhea - or some delightful combination. You also might have an autoimmune disease and you can’t get anyone to help you. On the other hand, maybe you’re not “sick” with a diagnosis but sick and tired of not knowing how to fundamentally just…feed yourself and you’re dying for structure.

Hello! My name is Gabby. I am a registered dietitian that works with clients in Maryland and virtually across the USA. I have lived with chronic illness since I was 14, which inspired me to get into the nutrition field. However, over the many years of my education, I developed a poor relationship with food and body image.

I believe food does so much more than fuel our bodies. Eating brings families together, creates memories, tells stories, and adds to our experiences in life. For many people, food can hold a lot of power and can be a significant source of fear, stress, and anxiety. I strive to empower my clients to rediscover enjoyment in eating by helping them improve their relationship with food and their body.
