Helena is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. She has her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Nutrition Sciences from The George Washington University and Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition. In addition to Helena’s nutritional expertise, she has also completed her 200-hour registered yoga teacher certification.
