I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Registered Dietitian. My goal is to act as a guide as you reclaim your relationship with food by letting go of a restrictive diet mentality and relearning how to trust your body.

Ideally, a client who presents with disordered eating and needs a combination of psychotherapy, nutritional therapy, and bodywork or fitness training. Using a holistic approach, I address underlying issues and triggers behind the disordered eating.
