I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Registered Dietitian. My goal is to act as a guide as you reclaim your relationship with food by letting go of a restrictive diet mentality and relearning how to trust your body.

I provide nutrition counseling using the principles of Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating. I work with clients to learn how to trust their bodies and reconnect to their internal wisdom by letting go of food rules and the restrictive diet mentality. I use a collaborative approach to help clients make peace with food and take back their life.
