I specialize in recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating patterns. My goal is to help clients live a life free from intrusive thoughts about food, body image, and movement. I have experience helping adolescent and adult clients with all eating disorder diagnoses.
Through a non-diet, Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, I help clients develop trust with their bodies. I am passionate about dismantling diet culture and weight stigma. Each client’s treatment plan is individualized, taking into account the client’s personal needs, strengths, interests, and values.
The process of working from food fears to food freedom can be confusing and a barrier to true healing. I want to create an environment where you to feel seen, heard, understood, and supported while you begin and continue your recovery journey.
