Diet quality has been highlighted as a potential risk or protective factor in many mood-related, physical health, and addictive disorders, and psychological stress has long been implicated in other chronic pain and health conditions. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and combine a mind and body approach with clients to maximize results.
