I have been a Dietitian for 7 years, and during this time I have gained experience in a variety of areas: Weight Management, Bariatrics, Cancer, variety of Gastrointestinal diseases, Hypertension, Diabetes, etc. I believe that there is no “one-size-fits-all” in Nutrition which is why you receive a personalized plan when you meet with me.
My plans are made to fit your lifestyle so the only thing you change is a more healthy and nutritious life. I personally understand the struggles and frustration that come with weight loss, motivation, and body image. My goal as a Dietitian is to help my clients succeed, but most importantly to help them feel healthier.
