I am a massage therapist with a passion for mind body connection. Not only are we able to achieve mind body connection through massage, but also movement! My ideal client is someone that has been dealing with an achy body with gaining more control over their health as one of their priorities.

I've been studying and practicing massage since 2009. My focus is helping others to recover from injuries and accidents with treatment massage. I use various techniques such as Deep tissue, Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release, as well as Swedish massage. I have successfully helped people who have been in auto accidents, those with chronic headaches, tennis elbow, whiplash, low back pain, TMJ, rotator cuff injuries, achilles sprains/strains, and more. I have experience in Pregnancy massage as well and absolutely love it!

I currently have a primarily tele-health practice treating a variety of disorders including gastrointestinal and digestive issues, endocrine (thyroid, adrenal, hormonal and blood sugar), allergies and diet and lifestyle optimization.

I work with clients of all types using Chinese Medicine methods to maximize their health and increase quality of life. I enjoy working with the difficult problems such as skin, infertility, digestive disorders and chronic pain as well working to prevent health problems in the future.

I am a Functional Medicine practitioner and I focus on getting to the underlying causes of illness for both adults and children. Causes are primarily nutritional deficiencies, genetic mutations like MTHFR, toxins in the body, chronic infections and food allergies. I use lab testing to pinpoint specific causes and then apply the most effective natural treatments. I consistently see dramatic results with fatigue, candida yeast, fibromyalgia, migraines, menstrual problems, menopause, adrenal exhaustion, toxicity, anxiety, depression, and much more. It takes just days to a few weeks to begin to see results and feeling better.

As both a Sports-, and Eating Disorders Dietitian, I've had the pleasure of helping athletes achieve personal records, recover faster, heal from injuries, and reach new levels of performance, in addition to helping people improve their relationship with food and their body as they navigate recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating.
