Cranio-Sacral Therapy works with the body's natural ability to heal itself. Problems ranging from sinus issues, Migraines, joint problems to anxiety and depression can be relieved by this deep yet extremely gentle modality. Clients remain clothed in loose garments during the session , which lends to instant ease .
