My name is Kiersten, although I go by Kiersti. I am a registered dietitian that values individuals and their holistic needs. My hope for each client is that their new healthy habits can become second nature and that I provide a warm and safe environment to bring up nutrition concerns free of judgement or weight stigma. I have a strong background in eating disorders and disordered eating. I am passionate about helping those with health concerns navigate their nutrition choices without a focus on weight loss. I work with patients to support both physical and mental-emotional health using a holistic approach. I treat conditions including digestive issues, endocrine problems, sleep disturbance, anxiety, depression, concentration difficulties and post-traumatic stress. I provide a compassionate environment for my patients, supporting nervous system balance and optimal healing. Therapeutic tools I use include nutrition, lifestyle recommendations, botanical medicine, nutraceuticals, psychopharmacology, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, somatic-centered counseling and mindfulness techniques.

I practice primary care medicine and have additional training in women's health, physical and sports medicine, and pain management. I see patients for preventive care, including full health check-ups, and also work with women's health issues, autoimmune diseases, pain, weight challenges, and allergies, utilizing physical medicine modalities, diet and lifestyle recommendations, counseling, and allergy testing and treatment.

I'm here, I'm queer, and I am so excited to support my clients on their journey towards radical body liberation from the overwhelming oppressions of current societal and cultural norms. I believe that we all have rebellion in our roots, and by harnessing that power we can challenge the thoughts and belief systems that no longer serve us and come back to our authentic selves.

I am a holistic, evidence based physician who practices with an emphasis on the integration between conventional and complimentary care. I specialize in sexual medicine, menopause, vulvar disease and pelvic floor dysfunction. I have been working in the area of healthcare and sexuality since 1993, and am a nationally certified Sex Counselor through the American Association of Sex Educations and Therapists, and sexual medicine fellow through the International Society for the Study of Women's Health, as well as a nationally certified menopause specialist through the North American Menopause Society.

Dr. Adam Geiger is a naturopathic physician specializing in musculoskeletal ultrasound and orthopedic medicine. Dr. Geiger graduated from the University of Michigan with an honors degree in biochemistry and completed the Naturopathic Medicine program at Bastyr University in 2005. He was selected for a two year residency in nutritional and orthopedic medicine with Thomas Dorman, MD at the Paracelsus Clinic and was trained in Cyriax orthopedics and prolotherapy. He remained on staff there until 2009 and in 2010 he started his private practice in Seattle specializing in regenerative and orthopedic medicine.
