I'm Lisa (she/her), a Registered Dietitian, with a private practice located in Tacoma, Washington. My goal, desire and commitment to my clients is to help and empower them to make peace with food and their bodies, with a specialty in nutritional counseling for those who struggle with eating disorders, disordered eating, feeding issues and poor body image. I am an "anti-diet" dietitian and practice through a Health at Every Size (HAES) and weight-inclusive care lens, incorporating intuitive and mindful eating principles and practices.
I encourage my clients to challenge the pervasive diet culture while practicing weight-neutral self care. Because all clients are unique, I focus on individualized treatment as much as possible. I am passionate and committed to helping clients live a life free from constant concern about food and their bodies. I look forward to working with each of you!
