Amber is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master's in Public Health. She discovered her passion when she became a mother and started merging her background in nutrition with early childhood development and mindful eating practices. She began teaching a course in Family Food & Nutrition in 2008 and has been teaching college courses while juggling motherhood ever since. Her integrative approach to health and wellness in combination with her background in nutrition and experience as a mother make her a wonderful resource. She enjoys interacting with clients to consider how best to help them reach their unique goals.

Building a strong nutritional foundation is the first step of preventing or managing chronic disease, behavior health, pain management, and inflammation. Hi there! My name is Cassie and I'm a Registered Dietitian offering virtual counseling to RI, MA, and NH residents. I'm a firm believer that imparting small, practical changes is crucial to enjoyably achieving health and wellness goals that can be sustained in the long-term!

With experience working in clinical dietetics, nutrition education, and eating disorder treatment, I've seen just how important a good nutritional foundation is for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I see clients via Telehealth in my virtual practice to help with various concerns such as eating disorders and disordered eating, stress management, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, family nutrition (from introducing solids to picky eaters to growth and development), intuitive eating, health concerns (stress, cardiac issues, blood sugar management, etc.), or just a desire to improve overall health and well-being.

I work with clients that have diabetes, high blood pressure/cholesterol, and GI disorders. I also work with clients with eating disorders that require outpatient or intensive outpatient (IOP) level of care.
