I believe that fueling & nourishing one’s body with awareness, curiosity & compassion are pivotal to feeling one’s best both physically & emotionally. As a weight-neutral dietitian, my mission is simple: I promote a non-diet mindful & intuitive eating & fueling philosophy, believe that ALL foods fit & that choosing foods that we find enjoyable is essential. I provide client-centered counseling. This enables us to work together as a team & places you in the “driver's seat."

I am a Massachusetts & Rhode Island-based Registered Dietitian with the group practice, Karuna Wellness Studio, who sees clients both in-person in Norwood, MA and virtually across the U.S. Karuna is a group practice specializing in nutrition and movement services through a anti-diet, HAES-aligned, weight-neutral approach. We integrate the pillars of lifestyle medicine and nutritional psychiatry to serve as health advocates for our clients, promoting both physical and mental health.

I am a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Outpatient Educator who works with both adults and the pediatric population. I earned my bachelors of science from the University of Rhode Island, and completed by Dietetic Internship at New York University, Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein Hospital in New York City. Her integrative approach to health and wellness in combination with her background in nutrition and experience as a mother make her a wonderful resource.
