Hello! I am a Massachusetts & Rhode Island-based Registered Dietitian with the group practice, Karuna Wellness Studio, who sees clients both in-person in Norwood, MA and virtually across the U.S. Karuna is a group practice specializing in nutrition and movement services through a anti-diet, HAES-aligned, weight-neutral approach. We integrate the pillars of lifestyle medicine and nutritional psychiatry to serve as health advocates for our clients, promoting both physical and mental health.
I specialize in adolescents working through recovery from eating disorders, but have vast experience with disordered eating, general wellness, and integrating movement into a intuitive, body positive, HAES-aligned approach to wellness. I utilize my certs as a yoga instructor & certified personal trainer to guide clients towards a healthy balanced lifestyle.
