With my previous position as adolescent dietitian for in higher levels of eating disorder care, I have a special passion for eating disorder work. I may have years of formal education under my belt, but what I will never presume to know is how you “should eat.” I love helping people find an eating pattern that suits their needs, wants, and circumstances. I practice with a Health at Every Size framework that allows you to explore your health values regardless of your body size.
A healthy relationship with food looks different for everybody. I believe in re-framing how we use dietary modifications into a self care mindset rather than punishment. Whether you need to limit a nutrient or recover from an eating disorder, your relationship with food will always be a moving target.
