Hi there! My name is Lesley Varone and I am glad you are here. I live by the belief that there is no such thing as a “good” or “bad” food, they are simply different. My goal is to empower clients to live well by cultivating a positive and nourishing connection with food, fostering body acceptance, challenging diet culture norms, and understanding the broader societal influences on food and body image.
I offer individual nutrition counseling sessions focused on supporting your unique needs and helping you develop a healthier relationship with food. I also offer supported meals to practice mindful eating, overcome fears, and build confidence in your ability to nourish yourself.
