I am a registered and licensed dietitian with experience working with sports teams, everyday athletes, corporate health and wellness clients, and teaching in an academic setting. I am passionate about helping clients make positive changes through nutrition education and motivational interviewing.
I specialize in sports nutrition, adult weight management and digestive sensitivities. My approach is to help you create a tailored nutrition plan to help you meet your personal nutrition goals.
