I take a client-focused approach and have experience with nutrition counseling, eating disorders, weight management, women's health and fertility as well as sports nutrition. I will work with my client to help them reach their goals and be your biggest supporter. I will be there to answer questions, give (honest) feedback and if you want assistance in making lifestyle adjustments, I am your person!
My primary experience is with eating disorders/disordered eating. I've worked in several nationally recognized treatment centers in all levels of care from inpatient to outpatient, including a wide variety of ages and diagnoses. I am also a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and am a fertility specialist trained through Early Life Nutrition Alliance.
Food is an essential part of life and it can be so confusing, especially from social media, and this is where I can help. I value developing trust and rapport with my clients, as food is personal, and I want them to feel supported as we navigate this journey together. We will work together to create action plans that align with your overall nutrition goals.
