This can improve quality of life for many individuals who feel they must restrict certain foods to be healthy or lose weight. In addition, I have a special passion for working with individuals with eating disorders, athletes/dancers, weight management, and GI conditions/food allergies. I look forward to supporting you in your nutrition and health journey.
I ensure with each are of focus, I provide individualized care and nutrition recommendations that are tailored toward the client to allow for the best results in improving overall health and quality of life!
We offer Telehealth visits for clients in Minnesota, Colorado, Arizona and more states (by approval only) allowing our clients to receive care from the comfort of their own home or a space comfortable for them.
