I specialize in evolutionary health - using a hunter-gatherer diet, primal exercise, and gut health to lose weight and heal disease. Our ancestors ate mostly meat, fruit, honey, eggs, raw dairy, and some root vegetables for 99% of our evolution and by adopting this historic human diet, we can not only lose weight but also heal autoimmune, digestive, and chronic diseases. I also specialize in gut health which includes killing harmful bacterial and fungal infections in the gut, introducing beneficial bacteria, and healing the gut lining. I am a Licensed Nutritionist, both nationally (CNS) and in the State of MN (LN).
