I provide a wide variety of nutrition-related comprehensive services including nutrition coaching, in-depth hormone testing, gut testing, meal plans (custom and weekly subscription), macro coaching (if you want to count macros), intuitive eating coaching (if you despise the thought of counting your food up), and food sensitivity testing.
