About
Children are our future! For them to succeed, they have to first be healthy. As a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, I have specialized in pediatric nutrition for over 30 years! I work with children and their families to learn how to make healthy food choices and keep their bodies healthy through nutrition and activity. I work with adolescents to help them develop a positive self image and confidence in making healthy food choices during this period of change. I work with young women/future mothers. Nutrition is the foundation of a healthy life - educating children & families about nutrition is my passion.
Pediatric nutrition is dynamic as children's needs change from birth until adulthood. My expertise encompasses infant feeding, child/adolescent nutrition, nutrition of special needs children, pregnancy & lactation, and medical nutrition therapy. I provide an individualized, family-centered approach for children, adults & their families. In-home consultations (travel fee may apply)
I focus on all aspects of a child's well-being. Nutrition is just one component to ensure optimal growth & development throughout the life cycle. As a clinical dietitian, I work with adults as well, providing individualized medical nutrition therapy for specific medical conditions.
