At AM Nutrition Services, we have motivated Registered Dietitians providing individual nutrition counseling for children and adults. We work directly with referring physicians to provide the most multidisciplinary and accurate care possible. We see patients for many diagnoses, including: Diabetes, Kidney Disease, Weight Managment, Bariatric Preparation and follow through, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, GI disorders, PCOS, food allergies/sensitivities and Eating Disorder outpatient nutrition counseling.
AM Nutrition Services is in-network with insurances throughout Arizona. Our staff will verify your insurance upon referral eliminating any questions about cost.
