I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Science. I have nearly ten years of experience working with a variety of individuals with different health issues in various clinical settings. My primary niche is weight management, however I love helping people manage their health issues including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, among others. I focus on using an evidence-based, whole foods approach to weight loss and disease management to help adults adopt sustainable lifestyle habits.
