My approach incorporates evidence-based nutrition principles along with an understanding of human behavior and psychology. This process looks different for everyone; there is no “one size fits all.”
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).
