I offer personalized nutrition counseling using a non-diet, weight-inclusive framework, which means, i use a client-centered model of care and serve as a guide on the journey to better health and wellness. My model incorporates evidence-based nutrition principles. This process looks different for everyone; there is no “one size fits all".
