I love to offer personalized, gender-neutral, naturopathic primary care. My approach is trauma-informed, sex-positive, compassionate and evidence-based. Any nutrition and dietary work I do comes from a HAES and weight-neutral background, with an emphasis on intuitive eating for better health and wellness. I also offer telemedicine consults to patients in California, please email us for questions related to California clients.
While I offer naturopathic primary care, some of my favorite area to work with patients on include: gender neutral hormone care, including natural injury prevention/performance enhancement for athletes with menstrual cycles, womxns health, diabetes treatment and management, thyroid and fertility work.
I find so much joy in helping patients of all backgrounds find the resources appropriate to them. That means I will always work hard to find quality referrals, options and support networks- after all, holistic care means caring for the WHOLE person that is you.
