As the set of causes for each person's symptoms is unique, so must be the treatment.
Based on the history, physical, and laboratory data, I formulate a personalized treatment plan that utilizes modalities that the scientific literature has shown to be safe and effective. These modalities may include dietary modifications, nutritional supplements, medical foods, botanical medicines, hormones, stress reduction techniques, exercise recommendations, psychotherapy, and. when they treat causes, prescription drugs.
As a licensed clinical psychologist and naturopathic doctor, my aim is to join natural medicine, nutrition, and psychotherapy to treat the mind and body. In particular, I have had advanced training in the Bredesen protocol, the only approach to the treatment of cognitive decline and early Alzheimer's with proven efficacy.
