I work with patients to support both physical and mental-emotional health using a holistic approach. I treat conditions including digestive issues, endocrine problems, sleep disturbance, anxiety, depression, concentration difficulties and post-traumatic stress. I provide a compassionate environment for my patients, supporting nervous system balance and optimal healing. Therapeutic tools I use include nutrition, lifestyle recommendations, botanical medicine, nutraceuticals, psychopharmacology, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, somatic-centered counseling and mindfulness techniques.
I'm a naturopathic doctor specializing in integrative mental health. I use a mind-body approach, incorporating elements of traditional naturopathy, functional medicine and counseling. I can prescribe psychiatric medications in the context of a holistic care plan. (Note there are some restrictions to the classes of medications I can prescribe in WA.)
