About
You probably know what you should be eating, or you have an ideal vision of what your routine should look like. Nutrition information can be down right overwhelming for most of us, and finding that starting point can be the hardest part. Along with learning "what" to eat, we often forget the "how" - "how do I get more protein in my lunches?" "I hear that tofu is good for me, but how to I make it taste good?!" These are the skills that many of us are missing. And for my neurodiverse clients (from your ND dietitian), I know there are extra challenges we face when trying to build these new routines.
I help my clients learn to build effective routines for themselves that can improve their overall relationship with food. I focus on the skills that my clients need to make planning and cooking second nature, instead of feeling stressed from not knowing where to start.
Freezing or avoiding new habits because they feel insurmountable is a totally normal response. I can help you find that starting point, whether it's setting up a schedule, sharing inspiration for easy meals, or teaching you kitchen basics. Every step counts to your greater goal. If you'd like to make the first step, please reach out for a discovery call!
