Hi! I'm Anelia! In 2005, I graduated with a Nutrition degree with distinction from the University of Alberta. I've worked in a variety of clinical settings with individuals throughout the life span and currently work at a major Edmonton Hospital. My areas of expertise include: pregnancy/lactation, PCOS/fertility, menopause, heart health (high cholesterol and blood pressure), a range of gut conditions (IBD, IBS, celiac disease, bariatric surgery), plant based diets, colectomy and J-pouch, cancer, diabetes, as well as general nutrition!
I believe in ‘food first’ mentality and make nutrition easy to understand! Using science based research I provide tailored nutrition recommendations to meet your nutrition goals.
