My journey to naturopathic medicine began in my 20s when I felt I had exhausted all conventional health options. Each day brought new challenges, and my body was constantly adapting. However, it wasn't until I focused on nourishing my body and establishing key health foundations (like sleep, diet, stress management, and exercise) that I started to see real improvement. Naturopathic medicine taught me how to live optimally. My personal experience and passion led me to become a Naturopathic Doctor. I combine traditional and evidence-based medicine to help you understand your health puzzle and identify the root cause of your concerns.

As a registered dietitian I take an anti-diet approach to support my clients. Growing up as a "picky eater", I was always told how to eat and how much to eat. As I got older, I grew an interest for food and nutrition which led me to become a registered dietitian. Now I support individuals in creating sustainable dietary changes based on their preferences, dietary restrictions and medical history. I believe that embracing cultural foods, enjoying all foods and meeting your nutrition needs can all be done in sync. I specialize in pediatrics, women's health and family nutrition.

Do you feel stuck in cycles of dieting, food rules, or ongoing anxiety and guilt around eating? You may find yourself preoccupied with what, when, or how much to eat, alternating between restriction and feeling out of control. Eating might feel stressful, confusing, or something you have to constantly manage rather than something your body can guide naturally. Many clients want to step away from this cycle—to feel more at ease with food, more connected to their body, and more confident in their eating without relying on rigid rules or constant willpower.
