At Fit For Life Physiotherapy in Burlington, I offer in-person and online appointments starting at $150, with support for blood sugar, inflammation, blood pressure, cholesterol, and bone health. In Oakville or online, you can also book with me at Sage Naturopathic Clinic, where initial assessments start at $220 and I focus on digestive and metabolic health.
I know it can be hard to sort through all the nutrition advice out there. My goal is to help you feel more confident, supported, and clear on what works for you. I also offer free 15-minute discovery calls if you’d like to learn more and see if we’re a good fit.
