I also specialize in supporting the following diagnoses in conjunction with eating disorders: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), Diabetes and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
I believe that successful nutrition therapy involves interaction between the mind and body. Using mindfulness and Intuitive Eating approaches, I can help you connect with your inner wisdom, explore and understand your relationship with food, and learn to choose foods that are right for you.
