I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with over 10 years of experience in the field, specializing sports nutrition, eating disorders/disordered eating as well as various other conditions (PCOS, Celiac, vegan/vegetarian, high cholesterol, diabetes, etc). I utilize a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to help clients make peace with their food and body and build trust in their internal cues. I operate from an all foods fit philosophy and incorporate principles of intuitive eating, mindful eating and Health at Every Size in my work with clients.
I have worked in collegiate athletics as well as with elite and professional athletes supporting their nutrition needs. I have experience working at all levels of care (residential, PHP and IOP) for eating disorders.
