Hey, I'm Rose! I help people reduce shame and guilt around eating, bring understanding and compassion to eating behaviors, and empower people to make choices around food and their bodies that feel aligned with their life values. There is so much noise about food that it can be hard to actually know how or even what to eat. Nutrition therapy is not only about what you eat, but how you think and feel about about food and eating.
I help people heal from eating disorders, disordered eating, and dysfunctional exercise, while also using weight-inclusive medical nutrition therapy to support chronic conditions and body image healing. Conditions I regularly treat include: Celiac disease, pre-diabetes, diabetes, elevated blood pressure & cholesterol, & PCOS.
