I'm here to help you prepare for your pregnancy and navigate you through each stage of growing a tiny human. Through 1-on-1 consulting, we will work together to build confidence in your ability to properly nourish your baby.
I offer one on one nutrition counseling sessions that all come with an interactive meal planning tool. All nutrition guidance is individualized and catered to each specific person. All my services are offered virtually.
