I am a San Diego eating disorder dietitian providing medical nutrition therapy with a focus on Intuitive Eating and a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach. I specialize in eating disorder treatment, Intuitive Eating, ARFID, extreme picky eating, and weight-neutral diabetes care. I believe everyone can develop a more trusting relationship with their body, food, and movement. Everyone deserves access to compassionate and inclusive healthcare—regardless of weight, body shape, size, color, sexual orientation, disability, or health condition.
With over 6 years of experience, I understand that nutrition and recovery can look different for everyone.
